All Sales Final

Due to the limited nature of our drops and pre-order production process, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.

Pre-Order Items

Many of our pieces are made through a pre-order system to ensure quality production and exclusivity.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand:

  • Production and shipping times may vary
  • Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed
  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production begins
