Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

For pre-order items, processing and production times may take longer. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page or during launch announcements.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may increase during high-volume drops

Pre-Order Shipping

Many of our collections are released as limited pre-orders to maintain exclusivity and production quality.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

  • Production begins after the drop closes
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary
  • Updates will be provided throughout the production process

We appreciate your patience while your order is being carefully produced.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volume.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Velvet Syndicate Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
